原创舞剧《嫦娥》由青年编导马涛等创排，集合了高广健等近年国内舞台剧界优秀的主创团队及上海歌剧院舞剧团的优秀青年演员。该舞剧在保留传说基本内核的同时，以现代人的视角对其在月宫的所思、所盼、所愿重新解读，用舞蹈诠释“但愿人长久，千里共婵娟”的美好愿望。并将叙事性与抒情性相结合，将月宫的凄清寂寞与人间的繁华快乐形成鲜明对比，表达“只羡鸳鸯不羡仙”的幸福观。
Chang’e is an original dance drama directed and choreographed by young choreographer Ma Tao, who has gathered a distinguished creative team including the set designer Gao Guangjian and many other brilliant Chinese artists. The dance drama was performed by the outstanding young dancers from Shanghai Opera House Dance Troupe. The dance drama not only retains the essence of the ancient legend, but also endeavors to translate the thinking, the expecting, and the wishing of Chang’e on moon palace from the modern perspective. The dance and movement delivers people’s good wishes for longevity and loveliness. Through a great combination of narrative and lyric, the dance drama demonstrates the strong contrast between the loneliness on moon palace and the prosperity on earth, as well as the happiness value of ‘envying the life of a couple but not a lonely and immortal life’.
